    In its first location outside Switzerland, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada has spread its wings & landed to create a new nest at The St. Regis Bangkok on 9 October 2020. Imagined by Andreas Caminada, the Swiss founding chef of IGNIV and head chef of the internationally acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland, IGNIV is all about a unique fine dining sharing experience, where exquisite lunch and dinner experience are composed with the connoisseur in mind and crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients, bearing the whimsical signature of its creator, led by head chef David Hartwig, along with his sous chef & pastry chef Arne Riehn.

    On 16 December 2015, Andreas Caminada opened his first "IGNIV by Andreas Caminada", at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. The young chef de cuisine, Silvio Germann, from Lucerne spent a number of years working in Caminada's three-starred kitchen at Schloss Schauenstein and was involved in the creation and realization of the new gastronomic concept from the start. The outstanding culinary creations are supported by the wine selection of sommelier Francesco Benvenuto who has been awarded as sommelier of the year for the 2018 Suisse issue of the Gault&Millau. As part of Europe's Leading Wellbeing & Medical Health Resort, the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is the perfect venue for a truly enjoyable time. Andreas Caminada's unique gastronomic IGNIV concept has been wowing guests for three years now with its first two dependences.

    In December 2016, Caminada's second fine dining nest was set to charm guests in winter seasons at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz. Head chef of this "IGNIV by Andreas Caminada" is a former sous chef of Schloss Schauenstein: Marcel Skibba. A young, talented chef who worked alongside Andreas Caminada in the kitchen and who was therefore able to acquire the DNA of the top chef. As located in the glamorous ski resort St. Moritz. Only a few months after its opening in Badrutt's Palace Hotel, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada was awarded with a Michelin Star.     Opened earlier this year on 19 February 2020, IGNIV Zürich by Andreas Caminada, is the third "Fine-Dining-Sharing-Experience-Nest" of the Swiss 3-Michelin-starred chef Andreas Caminada, celebrates not only the joyful sharing of excellent cuisine but also the time we spend together. This gastronomic ensemble consists of chef de service and sommelière Ines Triebenbacher, head chef Daniel Zeindlhofer and chef de bar Philipp Kössl in the leading roles. The interior with its imposing curtains and intimate sofa corners is a reference to the eventful history of this place. And because people have always come to the Niederdorf (historic old town of Zurich) to celebrate, the bar offers not only cocktails and snacks, but also a generously stocked silver champagne cooler with sparkling wines served by the glass.

    Opened earlier this year on 19 February 2020, IGNIV Zürich by Andreas Caminada, is the third "Fine-Dining-Sharing-Experience-Nest" of the Swiss 3-Michelin-starred chef Andreas Caminada. 

    Later the year on 9 October 2020, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada has spread its wings & landed to create a new nest at The St. Regis Bangkok, the first location outside Switzerland.

  • 2021
    IGNIV Bad Ragaz and IGNIV St Moritz have retained their 2 Michelin stars, and IGNIV Zürich has received 1 Michelin star.
