IGNIV Spring Menu
Inspired by the sense of renewal after the cooler months, IGNIV Bangkok's Spring Menu celebrates vibrant greens, aromatic herbs, and fresh seasonal flavors. Designed for sharing, the menu continues IGNIV's convivial dining concept, inviting guests to gather and discover each dish together.
Seasonal highlights include makwaen, fresh green pepper, sunchoke, coffee blossom, salak (snake fruit), and maprang (mango plum), bringing layers of gentle heat, earthiness, and tropical brightness. Signature creations include Pea - Asparagus, Lamb - Harissa - Green Pepper, a refined Lampang Chocolate Soufflé, and the refreshing Maprang - Coconut dessert.
